Şirketimizin kayıtlı sermaye tavanının geçerlilik süresinin 2024-2028 yıllarını kapsayacak şekilde uzatılmasına, kayıtlı sermaye tavanının 5.000.000.000 TL’ye artırılmasına ve Esas Sözleşmede yer alan bağış sınırının kaldırılmasına ilişkin tadil tasarısı, Torbalı Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 14.06.2024 tarihinde tescil edilerek 14.06.2024 tarih ve 11104 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde İlan edilmiştir. Esas Sözleşmenin güncel hali ekte yer almaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

The amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association regarding the extension of the validity period of our Company’s registered capital ceiling to cover the years 2024-2028, the increase of the registered capital ceiling to 5,000,000,000 TL and the removal of the donation limit in the Articles of Association has been registered on 14.06.2024 by Torbalı Trade Registry Office and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 14.06.2024 and numbered 11104. The current version of the Articles of Association is attached.
