Yeni hedef, zengin \u00fclkelerin geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelere her y\u0131l 100 milyar dolar iklim finansman\u0131 sa\u011flama konusundaki mevcut taahh\u00fctlerinin yerini alacak.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkeler \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir finansman hedefi istiyor.
