\u00c7in Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, PwC’nin \u00c7in birimi PwC Zhong Tian’a 441 milyon yuan (62,2 milyon dolar) para ve 6 ay faaliyetlerden men cezas\u0131 verildi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015firketin, 2018-2020 y\u0131llar\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 denetimlerde Evergrande’nin hesaplar\u0131ndaki sahtelikleri ve \u015firketin ger\u00e7ek mali g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc tespit etmekte ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z oldu\u011fu ve bu y\u00fczden yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 bir denetim g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc bildirdi\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n

\u015eirkete, hesap denetimlerinden 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda elde etti\u011fi gelirin 5 kat\u0131, 2019 ve 2020 y\u0131llar\u0131nda elde etti\u011fi gelirin 10 kat\u0131 tutar\u0131nda para cezas\u0131 verilirken bu \u00c7in’de bug\u00fcne dek bir mali m\u00fc\u015favirlik ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetim \u015firketine y\u00f6nelik en a\u011f\u0131r yapt\u0131r\u0131m oldu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00d6te yandan \u015firket, \u00c7in’de faaliyetlerinden 6 ay men edilirken, Evergrande’nin denetimlerini yapan Guancou \u015fehrindeki ofisinin i\u015f lisans\u0131 iptal edildi.<\/p>\n

Merkezi \u00c7in’in \u015eanghay \u015fehrinde bulunan PwC Zhong Tian, Ocak 2023’te ihtilaflar nedeniyle s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini sonland\u0131rmadan \u00f6nce 10 y\u0131ldan fazla s\u00fcre bat\u0131k emlak devinin hesap denetimlerini \u00fcstlenmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n

\u00c7in’in en b\u00fcy\u00fck in\u015faat ve emlak \u015firketlerinden Evergrande, Kovid-19 d\u00f6neminde gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan giderek derinle\u015fen bir bor\u00e7 krizine girmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Toplam bor\u00e7 y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 300 milyar dolar\u0131 a\u015fan \u015firket, vadesi geldi\u011fi halde \u00f6deyemedi\u011finden bor\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u00e7in temerr\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Alacakl\u0131lar\u0131n Hong Kong’da a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 davada mahkeme, bor\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00f6denmesi amac\u0131yla \u015firket varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n tasfiyesine karar vermi\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Bor\u00e7 problemlerine ek olarak \u015firket hakk\u0131nda d\u00fczenleyici kurumlar ve adli makamlarca soru\u015fturma ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hui Ka Yan, adli g\u00f6zetim alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00c7in Menkul K\u0131ymetler D\u00fczenleme Komisyonu (CSRC), Evergrande’nin ana i\u015ftiraki Hengda Gayr\u0131menkul Grubu’nun bat\u0131\u015fa giden s\u00fcre\u00e7te mali bilan\u00e7olar\u0131nda gelir ve karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 oldu\u011fundan daha fazla rapor ederek usuls\u00fcz bor\u00e7 tahvilleri \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tespit edildi\u011fini bildirmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n
