{"id":17003,"date":"2025-05-13T01:24:08","date_gmt":"2025-05-13T01:24:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kamucalisanlari.net\/?p=17003"},"modified":"2025-05-13T01:24:08","modified_gmt":"2025-05-13T01:24:08","slug":"denizbank-murabaha-sendikasyonu-sagladi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kamucalisanlari.net\/index.php\/2025\/05\/13\/denizbank-murabaha-sendikasyonu-sagladi\/","title":{"rendered":"Denizbank murabaha sendikasyonu sa\u011flad\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>T\u00fcrk bankalar\u0131n\u0131n sendikasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Son olarak Denizbank da sendikasyon temin etti\u011fini duyurdu.<\/p>\n<p>KAP&#8217;a yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada bankan\u0131n 6 Kas\u0131m 2024 tarihinde, 10 milyon dolar ve 5 milyon euro tutar\u0131nda 367 g\u00fcn vadeli, 270 milyon dolar ve 50 milyon euro tutar\u0131nda 734 g\u00fcn vadeli olmak \u00fczere d\u00f6rt dilimden olu\u015fan murabaha sendikasyonu yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 duyuruldu.<\/p>\n<p>367 g\u00fcn vadeli kredinin toplam maliyeti dolar ve euro k\u0131s\u0131mlar i\u00e7in s\u0131ras\u0131yla Sofr+y\u00fczde 1,75 ve Euribor+y\u00fczde 1,50 olup, 734 g\u00fcn vadeli dolar ve euro k\u0131s\u0131mlar i\u00e7in toplam maliyeti ise Sofr+y\u00fczde 2,25 ve Euribor+y\u00fczde 2,00 olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Bankadan yap\u0131lan ayr\u0131 bir a\u00e7\u0131klamada Emirates NBD\u2019nin arac\u0131 banka oldu\u011fu i\u015flemin, Emirates NBD Capital koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Denizbank Hazine, Finansal Kurumlar ve Yat\u0131r\u0131m Grubu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Bora B\u00f6c\u00fcg\u00f6z, konuyla ilgili yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de konvansiyonel bir ticari bankan\u0131n ilk kez ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u0130slami sendikasyonumuzu K\u00f6rfez \u00fclkeleri, Avrupa ve Asya\u2019dan finansal kurumlar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile yeniledik.
