Kontrol\u00fc ayn\u0131 gruba ait olan veya bu grupta hakim ortak s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131 haiz olan birden fazla ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015fi ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ihaleye kat\u0131lamayacak.
