Getir’in Amsterdan’da ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Genel Kurul i\u00e7in topland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Sular, “Getir\u2019in Amsterdam\u2019daki Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Genel Kurulu (OGK) bug\u00fcn, Mubadala\u2019n\u0131n yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 darbesini onaylamak i\u00e7in topland\u0131. OGK\u2019nin, Getir\u2019in y\u00f6netim kurulunun 9 \u00fcyesinden yaln\u0131zca 2\u2019sinin OGK \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 karar\u0131nda yer almas\u0131 ve ba\u015fka baz\u0131 usuls\u00fczl\u00fckler nedeniyle hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir \u015fekilde topland\u0131\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz. Ba\u015fvurumuz \u00fczerine Amsterdam Temyiz Mahkemesi\u2019nin \u015eirketler Dairesi 24 Ocak\u2019ta bir duru\u015fma yapacak. T\u00fcrkiye ve \u0130ngiltere\u2019de de hukuki s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ba\u015flataca\u011f\u0131z. M\u00fccadeleye devam edece\u011fiz\u201d ifadlerine yer verdi.<\/p>\n\n
