T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumunun (T\u00dc\u0130K) 2024 y\u0131l\u0131na ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konut sat\u0131\u015f istatistiklerinden derlenen verilere g\u00f6re, yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye’den ev alabilmesine olanak tan\u0131yan ve 2012’nin ortalar\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren M\u00fctekabiliyet Yasas\u0131 sonras\u0131 artan yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n konut al\u0131m\u0131nda son iki y\u0131ld\u0131r d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l yabanc\u0131lara yap\u0131lan konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 2023’e g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 32,1 azalarak 23 bin 781’e gerilerken, bu rakam son 7 senenin en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck verisi olarak kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7ti. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda yabanc\u0131lara yap\u0131lan sat\u0131\u015fta en y\u00fcksek rakam 2 bin 418 ile aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, nisanda yap\u0131lan sat\u0131\u015f adedi 1272 oldu.<\/p>\n
