{"id":2859,"date":"2024-06-05T14:24:07","date_gmt":"2024-06-05T14:24:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kamucalisanlari.net\/?p=2859"},"modified":"2024-06-05T14:24:07","modified_gmt":"2024-06-05T14:24:07","slug":"tsb-trafikte-zarar-azaldi-ama-hasar-prim-orani-artti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kamucalisanlari.net\/index.php\/2024\/06\/05\/tsb-trafikte-zarar-azaldi-ama-hasar-prim-orani-artti\/","title":{"rendered":"TSB: Trafikte zarar azald\u0131 ama hasar prim oran\u0131 artt\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Sigorta Birli\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 U\u011fur G\u00fclen, t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131na destek olacak, sigortac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015fmesine fayda sa\u011flayacak bir TSB olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cBunun ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 olarak sigorta sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn 2025-2030 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k strateji \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131k\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Sigorta Birli\u011fi (TSB) yeni Y\u00f6netim Kurulu bas\u0131n mensuplar\u0131yla bulu\u015ftu. 18 Nisan 2024 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen Ola\u011fan Se\u00e7imli Genel Kurul\u2019da g\u00fcven tazeleyerek bir kez daha Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011fa se\u00e7ilen U\u011fur G\u00fclen, iki y\u0131l g\u00f6rev yapacak yeni Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00fcyeleriyle birlikte sigorta sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ilk \u00e7eyrek rakamlar\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00fcndemdeki konular\u0131 de\u011ferlendirdi, TSB\u2019nin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6neme y\u00f6nelik hedeflerini payla\u015ft\u0131. Bulu\u015fmaya, TSB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 U\u011fur G\u00fclen, Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 Ahmet Ya\u015far ve Taylan T\u00fcrk\u00f6lmez, Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Erol \u00d6zt\u00fcrko\u011flu ile TSB Genel Sekreteri \u00d6zg\u00fcr Obal\u0131 kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>2024&#8217;\u00fcn ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemi mukayese edildi\u011finde trafik sigortas\u0131nda zarar\u0131n y\u00fczde 46 azalarak, 1,4 milyar liraya d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc an\u0131msatan G\u00fclen, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neminde bu bran\u015ftaki zarar\u0131n 2,7 milyar lira olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fclen, bu durumun trafik sigortas\u0131ndaki hasar\/prim oran\u0131na yans\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, teknik detaylarla ilgili \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;2023&#8217;\u00fcn ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde trafik sigortas\u0131nda hasar\/prim oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 115,6 iken, bu y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neminde hasar\/prim oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 123,3&#8217;e \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu da \u015funu g\u00f6steriyor ki 2024&#8217;\u00fcn ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde trafik sigortas\u0131ndaki hasarlar i\u00e7in sigorta \u015firketlerinin cebinden \u00e7\u0131kan tutar ge\u00e7en y\u0131llara g\u00f6re daha da artt\u0131. Birlik Y\u00f6netim Kurulu olarak trafik sigortas\u0131n\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn g\u00fcndeminden \u00e7\u0131karmak istiyoruz. Bunu \u00e7\u00f6zersek, ger\u00e7ekten b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zaman a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kacak ve ba\u015fka konular\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fclen, trafik sigortas\u0131nda serbest tarifeye ge\u00e7ilmesi konusunda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn istekli oldu\u011funa de\u011finerek, \u201c\u00d6zellikle hi\u00e7 kaza yapmayan sigortal\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok daha adil ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 primlendirme yap\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in, en sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 y\u00f6ntem olmas\u0131 nedeni ile serbest tarifeye ge\u00e7ilmesi gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc t\u00fcm ara\u00e7lara bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, trafikte 100 ara\u00e7tan sadece 4 adedi kaza yap\u0131yor\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn trafik sigortas\u0131 g\u00fcndeminden kendini art\u0131k kurtarmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi de vurgu yapan G\u00fclen, \u201cBirlik Y\u00f6netim Kurulu olarak trafik sigortas\u0131n\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn g\u00fcndeminden \u00e7\u0131karmak istiyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc trafik o kadar g\u00fcndemi me\u015fgul ediyor ki, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00e7ok daha \u00fczerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesi gereken konulardan zaman \u00e7alan bir \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak tam oda\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda yer al\u0131yor. Bunu \u00e7\u00f6zersek, ger\u00e7ekten b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zaman a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kacak, ba\u015fka konular\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><b>Prim \u00fcretimi y\u00fczde 92 artt\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn ilk \u00e7eyrek teknik sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren G\u00fclen, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 Ocak-Mart d\u00f6neminde ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemi ile mukayese edildi\u011finde prim \u00fcretimi y\u00fczde 92 oran\u0131nda artarak 200,1 milyar TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini ifade ederek s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc; \u201cTeknik k\u00e2rl\u0131l\u0131k y\u00fczde 371, hayat d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bran\u015flarda y\u00fczde 527, hayat sigortalar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 104,5 artt\u0131. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131 da y\u00fczde 128,6 artarken, aktif toplam\u0131 da y\u00fczde 99 oran\u0131nda artarak 1,6 trilyon TL\u2019yi ge\u00e7ti.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>BES yeni rekorlar\u0131na ko\u015fuyor<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bireysel Emeklilik Sistemi\u2019nin (BES) son y\u0131llarda b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve bunun sonucunda 1 trilyon TL gibi \u00f6nemli bir fon b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc May\u0131s ay\u0131n\u0131n sonuna do\u011fru a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan U\u011fur G\u00fclen, \u201c1 trilyon TL\u2019lik b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn 938 milyar TL\u2019si ki\u015filerin tasarruflar\u0131ndan, 70 milyar TL\u2019si de i\u015fverenlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 otomatik BES\u2019e dahil etti\u011fi Otomatik Kat\u0131l\u0131m Sistemi\u2019ndeki (OKS) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n tasarruflar\u0131ndan olu\u015ftu. 1 trilyon TL\u2019nin 120 milyar TL\u2019ye yak\u0131n\u0131 da devletin sistemdeki ki\u015filer i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 30\u2019luk katk\u0131lar\u0131n de\u011ferlendi\u011fi fonlardan kaynakland\u0131. BES sayesinde bug\u00fcn 16.3 milyon ki\u015fi tasarruf ediyor ki; bu da n\u00fcfusun y\u00fczde 20\u2019si, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 32\u2019si anlam\u0131na geliyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>1 trilyon TL\u2019nin tasarruf sahipleri \u00fczerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck etkisi oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen G\u00fclen s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cFon birikimi b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e sistemdeki ki\u015filerin getirileri de art\u0131yor. Son y\u0131llarda BES getirileri her daim enflasyonun \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde oldu.
