AB\u2019de kiralar ise y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda y\u00fczde 3,2 y\u00fckselirken, \u00e7eyreklik bazda y\u00fczde 0,9 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Euro B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde konut fiyatlar\u0131, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 5,4, bir \u00f6nceki \u00e7eyre\u011fe g\u00f6re ise y\u00fczde 1,3 artt\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, Euro B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bu art\u0131\u015f 2022 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011finden bu yana g\u00f6r\u00fclen en y\u00fcksek art\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkelere g\u00f6re konut fiyatlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise Avrupa\u2019da y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00e7ok y\u00fckseldi\u011fi \u00fclke y\u00fczde 16,3 ile Portekiz. Bulgaristan y\u00fczde 15,1 H\u0131rvatistan ise y\u00fczde 13,1 art\u0131\u015fla konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00e7ok artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer \u00fclkeler.<\/p>\n<p>Fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n son bir y\u0131lda d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tek \u00fclke ise y\u00fczde 1,9 ile Finlandiya oldu. Fiyatlar\u0131n en az artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkeler ise y\u00fczde 0,6 ile Fransa ve y\u00fczde 0,9 ile L\u00fcksemburg oldu.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><b> T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de konut fiyatlar\u0131 ve kiralardaki art\u0131\u015f durmuyor <\/b><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye hem konut fiyatlar\u0131nda hem de konut kiralar\u0131nda AB \u00fclkeleri aras\u0131nda listenin a\u00e7\u0131k ara en \u00fcst s\u0131ras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Verilere g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2024 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n son \u00e7eyre\u011finde konut fiyatlar\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda y\u00fczde 28,5 \u00e7eyreklik bazda ise y\u00fczde 6,7 oran\u0131nda y\u00fckselmi\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u0131ll\u0131k konut fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 2022\u2019nin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011finden bu yana giderek yava\u015fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><b> Son 15 y\u0131lda konut fiyatlar\u0131 sadece \u0130talya\u2019da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6sterdi <\/b><\/p>\n<p>2010 ile 2025\u2019in ilk \u00e7eyre\u011fi aras\u0131nda AB konut fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 57,9, kiralar ise y\u00fczde 27,8 y\u00fckseldi. Kiralar istikrarl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde artarken, konut fiyatlar\u0131 daha de\u011fi\u015fken bir seyir izledi ve 2015&#8217;in ilk \u00e7eyre\u011fi ile 2022&#8217;nin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011fi aras\u0131nda artmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ve istikrar geldi. 2024\u2019ten bu yana ise artmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>15 y\u0131ll\u0131k ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde, veri sa\u011flanan 26 AB \u00fclkesinin 21\u2019inde konut fiyatlar\u0131 kiralardan daha fazla artt\u0131. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde, konut fiyatlar\u0131 en \u00e7ok y\u00fczde 260 ile Macaristan\u2019da, y\u00fczde 238 ile Estonya\u2019da, y\u00fczde 194 ile Litvanya\u2019da art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Bu d\u00f6nemde konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tek \u00fclke ise y\u00fczde 4 ile \u0130talya oldu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde kiralar 26 AB \u00fclkesinde y\u00fckseldi. Estonya y\u00fczde 220, Litvanya y\u00fczde 220, Letonya ise y\u00fczde 184 ile listenin en \u00fcst s\u0131ras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131.
