Y\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda enflasyon muhasebesinin i\u015fletmeleri olumsuz etkiyelece\u011fine dair \u0130TO Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u015eekip Avdagi\u00e7’in ard\u0131ndan bir ele\u015ftiri de \u0130SO’dan geldi.<\/p>\n

\u0130stanbul Sanayi Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 (\u0130SO) Erdal Bah\u00e7\u0131van, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cKar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enflasyon muhasebesi, vergi prensipleriyle uyu\u015fmamaktad\u0131r\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn dile getirdi.<\/p>\n

A\u011fustos ay\u0131 i\u00e7inde yay\u0131nlanan bir kararla bu ay uygulanmas\u0131 istenen enflasyon muhasebesinin \u00f6zellikle reel sekt\u00f6r ve sanayici a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan haks\u0131z bir vergi olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc dile getiren Bah\u00e7\u0131van, “H\u00fck\u00fcmetimiz taraf\u0131ndan uygulanmakta olan Orta Vadeli Program\u0131n sab\u0131rla ve ba\u015far\u0131yla ad\u0131m ad\u0131m ilerledi\u011fi b\u00f6ylesi bir d\u00f6nemde; sanayicimizin finansal k\u0131s\u0131tlar ve zorluklarla, y\u00fckselen maliyetlerle, giderek daha da zorla\u015fan rekabet ko\u015fullar\u0131yla ve istihdam ortam\u0131n\u0131n zorlay\u0131c\u0131 fakt\u00f6rleriyle verdikleri m\u00fccadeleye kar\u015f\u0131n bu program\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7ektikleri unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bu nedenle; \u00fclkesine ve \u00fclkesinin gelece\u011fine g\u00fcvenip, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu boyutuyla ancak orta ve uzun vadede al\u0131nacak olan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n bir gelir ve kazanca ula\u015fmadan, adeta bir varl\u0131k de\u011ferlendirmesi vergisi alt\u0131nda<\/b> enflasyon muhasebesinin uygulanacak olmas\u0131n\u0131n, vergi prensipleri ile uyu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Yaz aylar\u0131n\u0131n tam ortas\u0131nda gerek mali m\u00fc\u015favirlerin gerekse muhasebe kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131l\u0131n bu en s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131k d\u00f6nemlerinde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir de\u011ferlendirme yapmalar\u0131n\u0131n da m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnmedi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Bah\u00e7\u0131van, “Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla y\u0131l\u0131n bu en hassas d\u00f6neminde getirilecek b\u00f6yle bir y\u00fck\u00fcn, b\u00f6yle bir uygulaman\u0131n, Maliye taraf\u0131ndan hedefine ula\u015f\u0131p ula\u015fmayaca\u011f\u0131na dair de \u015f\u00fcphelerimiz bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Reel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7mekte oldu\u011fu zorlu ko\u015fullar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclerek; kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enflasyon muhasebesinin t\u00fcm y\u00f6nleriyle g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilerek sanayicimizi rahatlatacak bir akl\u0131 selim karar\u0131n beklentisi i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fumuzu \u00f6zellikle ifade etmek istiyorum\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n
